The City of Cerritos Veterans Project welcomes the submission of information about current or former Cerritos residents who have served in the United States Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marines or Navy. We also appreciate receiving photos of veterans which can be displayed with their service information.

Information can be submitted through the Veterans of Foreign Wars by calling Jeff Enomoto at (714) 292-2985.

In addition, information can be provided directly to the City by completing the Cerritos Veteran Biographical Data Form, Photograph Log, and Consent Form. (Requires Adobe Reader to view). This form allows you to type in your information, print it out and submit the form by mail or in person. Or, you can print out the form and fill it in by hand, and then submit it by mail or in person.
